What is Roto Molding?
The process of roto molding starts when heat melts plastic resin inside a hollow, closed mold. The mold is placed in the cast with temperatures ranging from 260°C – 370°C. As the mold is rotated, the inside is evenly coated with the polyethylene resin. A smooth, watertight product is created with walls which have even thickness due to the centrifugal force created during the rotation. Once the plastic cools and hardens, it is removed from the mold. This strong roto molded tank can withstand impact or vibration during transportation, and is made to last longer than other water tanks manufactured using the injection method.
Custom Roto Mold Tanks
Rotational molding with our unique fabrication is a great solution for a wide range of products. Flexible polyethylene lets us to create the specific shape and size of tank you need for your project. Roto tanks are used water and chemical storage, diesel fuel storage, industrial storage, agriculture water storage, construction, and more. Tanks and parts are sturdy, long lasting, and designed with your needs in mind.

Our Roto Mold Process
We are dedicated to providing a collaborative and efficient process for your custom roto-molding project. We have a multi-step process, giving careful attention to detail and precision.
- We work closely with you to identify your specific tank needs; then create a detailed design prototype.
- Once the design is approved, we build a stainless steel mold to meet all of the requirements outlined during the design process.
- Our mold must meet our high-quality standards before we schedule the project run on one of our state-of-the-art rotational molding machines.
- After the tank fabrication is complete, we inspect the tank for any defects or imperfections. Our strict quality control measures ensure that your tank meets your exact specifications and adheres to our rigorous standards. The end result is a high-quality, durable, custom-designed tank that meets your specific project needs.
